The consent text on every Aulona Insurance Group form
Aulona Insurance Group shows one consent statement wherever a form on this site asks for a phone number, and the wording below is that statement, reproduced exactly as it appears beside the checkbox:
By checking this box, I provide my express consent to receive text messages regarding my insurance quotes, policy updates, and account services from Aulona Insurance Group. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. I can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not required to purchase. View our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
The wording is the text of record for this site and it does not change from one page to the next.
The box is unchecked, and consent is never required
Aulona Insurance Group ships that checkbox unchecked. A consumer who wants text messages checks it, and a consumer who does nothing has consented to nothing.
Checking that box on a form on this site is the only way to opt in through the website. The other route is a call with the agency, where Luka Cenaj asks for express consent and the call is recorded. Aulona Insurance Group adds a number to the messaging program no other way.
Consent to text messages is not a condition of getting a quote, buying a policy or being called back. Every form on this site submits either way, and the agency can still call and email a prospect who left the box alone.
Each submission is recorded with the consent value, the time, and the exact disclosure text shown on screen at that moment, so a later change to the wording never changes what a person agreed to.
What messages Aulona Insurance Group sends
Aulona Insurance Group sends text messages about insurance quotes, policy updates and account services, and about nothing else.
What the messaging program covers:
- Insurance quotes: quote information and follow-up on a request already made
- Policy updates: renewals and billing notices
- Account services: document requests, appointment reminders, and replies to a question already asked
Text messages go only to a person who checked the consent box. A prospect who left it unchecked is contacted by phone call and email instead, and receives no marketing or service text at all.
The one-time verification code
The quote form on this site texts a one-time code to the mobile number entered, and that message goes out whether or not the consent box is checked.
A verification code is a transactional message the person asked for by typing the number and pressing the button. Aulona Insurance Group uses the code for one purpose: confirming that the number belongs to the person filling in the form, so the callback reaches the right household.
Editing the phone number after verification clears the verification and sends a fresh code. Nothing else is sent to an unchecked number.
STOP, HELP and opting back in
Aulona Insurance Group honors the standard messaging keywords on every message the agency sends.
- STOP ends the messages. CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT and END do the same job.
- One final confirmation message follows an opt-out, and after it the messages stop.
- UNSTOP, replied to the same thread, restarts them for anyone who opts out and later changes their mind.
- HELP returns help information. A person can also call Aulona Insurance Group on (945) 600-6008.
Mobile network carriers are not liable for messages that arrive late or never arrive, which is the standard disclaimer and applies to this program as it does to every other.
Message frequency, and message and data rates
Message frequency varies with account activity, because Aulona Insurance Group sends messages in response to what a policyholder or prospect is doing rather than on a schedule.
Aulona Insurance Group runs no recurring text campaign and no bulk marketing blast. A quiet policy year produces almost no messages, while a claim, a renewal and a quote request in the same month produce several.
Message and data rates may apply. Charges for receiving a text message come from the mobile plan, not from Aulona Insurance Group, and the agency charges nothing for the messages themselves.
Consent data is not shared with third parties
Aulona Insurance Group shares no mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from every other category of sharing described in the agency privacy policy, and that information is not shared with any third party.
Aulona Insurance Group does share what a consumer submits with the insurers and general agents used to obtain quotes and place coverage, which is how any independent agency works. Consent to text messages is not part of what moves.
How to revoke consent
Aulona Insurance Group treats consent as revocable at any time, by any of three routes.
- Reply STOP to any message from the agency
- Call (945) 600-6008 and say the consent should be withdrawn
- Leave a note and a number on the contact page asking for text messages to stop
Revoking consent closes no file, cancels no policy and stops no quote. Aulona Insurance Group carries on by phone call and email, and a person who withdraws consent is treated exactly like a person who never gave it.
The policies this disclosure sits under
Aulona Insurance Group publishes two longer documents that govern this messaging program, and this page replaces neither.
- The Privacy Policy sets out what information the agency collects, how the information is used, and the restriction on sharing SMS consent data
- The Terms of Service set out the messaging program rules, the opt-out keywords, the rule that no quote or premium is given through the website, SMS or email, and the rule that no coverage is bound by voicemail, email or text message
Where this page and either document differ, the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service are the controlling text. Both are linked in the footer of every page on this site.
