Luka Cenaj takes the call in Albanian
Aulona Insurance Group works in English and Albanian, and in no other language. Luka Cenaj, the agency principal and a licensed Texas insurance agent, takes the call in whichever of the two the client prefers.
Service runs by phone from the one office, in Plano, and no visit is part of placing coverage from anywhere in Texas. Aulona Insurance Group writes Texas risks only, on every line.
An Albanian-speaking household in Texas therefore deals with the licensed agent directly rather than through an interpreter, on the same call an English-speaking household gets.
Nothing about the language changes what the agency can place, which insurers see the risk, or what the coverage costs.
How the two languages are set up on this site
This site is published twice. Every coverage page, city page and answer page has an Albanian twin at its own address under /sq/, and the header carries a language switch on every page.
What that means in practice:
- The Albanian pages are the same pages rather than summaries: same structure, same sections, same coverage detail
- The quote form runs in Albanian, including the eight questions and the one-time code step
- The legal pages, the license numbers and the brand name stay in English, because those are the record rather than the explanation
The Albanian entry point is Sigurime në Teksas. A reader who lands on an English page and would rather read Albanian switches at the top of it.
Which language the recorded call runs in
Luka Cenaj holds the recorded call in English or in Albanian, and the choice belongs to the client.
That call is where the coverage decision gets made:
- The vehicles, the property or the operation get described in detail
- Limits, deductibles and exclusions get read back and confirmed out loud
- The questions an underwriter sends back afterwards run in the same language
Insurance is a wording problem before it is a money problem. A policyholder confirming an exclusion in a second language, under a deadline, can agree to something they would have stopped to question in their first.
Ask for Albanian when you leave the number, or say so once the call starts. Nothing is quoted and nothing is bound without that call.
Why the consent text stays in English
The TCPA consent text on every form that collects a phone number is in English, and the English wording is the version that controls.
Three points about the consent text:
- The checkbox arrives unchecked, on the Albanian form exactly as on the English one
- Consent is never a condition of getting a quote, in either language
- An Albanian reader who wants the wording explained can have it explained on the call, and the English text is still what gets agreed to
The license numbers, the brand name and the agency address are kept in English for the same reason. A translated license number is not a record anyone can check against the Texas Department of Insurance.
What Aulona Insurance Group places, in either language
Aulona Insurance Group places property and casualty coverage in three groups, and the language of the conversation changes none of them.
- Texas Auto Insurance: personal auto statewide, standard and non-standard, including SR-22 filings
- Texas Home Insurance: homeowners, dwelling fire, condo and renters, landlord DP-1 and DP-3, excess liability, and flood through the National Flood Insurance Program
- Texas Business Insurance: business owners policies, general liability, commercial property, workers compensation, professional liability, umbrella and commercial auto, for owner-operated Texas companies
Each of those three hubs has an Albanian twin, reachable from the language switch. The appetite on the English page and the appetite on the Albanian page are the same appetite, written twice.
What asking in Albanian does not change
Language changes the conversation and nothing else about a placement.
Unchanged, whichever language the call runs in:
- The insurers a risk can reach, which are only the ones Aulona Insurance Group holds appointments with
- The premium, which the insurer sets from rates it has filed with the Texas Department of Insurance
- The eligibility limits, which are published on this site rather than decided on the call
- The Texas-only rule, since a risk outside Texas is one the agency cannot write in any language
Aulona Insurance Group publishes no premium on this site and does not rank insurers. An Albanian-speaking client gets the same markets, the same questions, and the same no.
How to reach the agency in Albanian
Aulona Insurance Group runs one phone number for everything on this site: (945) 600-6008.
Three steps, and the first two are alternatives:
- Answer eight questions on the quote form, which takes about two minutes and ends with a one-time code texted to your mobile number. The Albanian form asks the same eight.
- Or leave a name, a number and a good time on the contact page, and say that Albanian is the language you want.
- Take the call from Luka Cenaj in Albanian, where the vehicles, the property or the operation get described and the limits and the exclusions get confirmed.
No visit to the Plano office is part of any placement, from anywhere in Texas.
The licensed agent on every file is Luka Cenaj, who has his own page: Luka Cenaj, Agency Principal.
Vehicles and buildings outside the agency’s markets
Aulona Insurance Group publishes the same vehicle and property limits on its line pages, and they bind an Albanian-speaking file the same way.
- Vehicles at $150,000 MSRP or above, built before 1981 or without a seventeen-digit VIN, RVs, ATVs, trailers, golf carts, buses, hearses, heavy and semi trucks, storage-only, gap-only and non-owner policies except a non-owner SR-22, and a P.O. box garaging address
- A vehicle used for business, placed as commercial auto rather than on a personal auto policy
- Residential buildings of more than four units, which underwrite as commercial habitational property
Where Aulona Insurance Group is not the right fit
Aulona Insurance Group turns work away at the start of the call, and the list is the same in both languages.
Outside what Aulona Insurance Group writes:
- Life, health, Medicare and disability, on any line
- Any risk outside Texas, and anything bound for surplus lines
- Revenue or W-2 payroll above $5 million, loss history above $20,000, a prior cancellation, or a bankruptcy filing
- On the business owners policy, general liability, commercial property and professional liability lines: roofing and siding, night clubs, gas stations, towing operators, auto dealerships, hospitals, physician practices, cannabis, used-goods dealers, non-durable goods wholesalers, livestock operations and pet breeders
Preferred inland owner-occupied homeowners coverage in the Dallas and Fort Worth suburbs is a weak market for the agency, said before any application.
