1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing aulonainsurancegroup.com (the "Website") or utilizing the services of Aulona Insurance Group LLC ("Agency," "we," "us"), including our SMS text messaging services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Website and our services.
2. Insurance Services & TDI Disclaimer
Aulona Insurance Group LLC is a licensed Property & Casualty insurance agency operating under the regulations of the Texas Department of Insurance (TDI).
- No Binding Authority via Website or SMS: Insurance coverage cannot be bound, altered, canceled, or modified by leaving a voicemail, sending an email, or sending an SMS text message. Coverage is only bound when explicitly confirmed in writing by a licensed agent or the carrier.
- Quotes are Estimates: Any quotes provided via the Website, SMS, or email are estimates based on the information provided and are subject to carrier underwriting approval. They do not constitute a contract for insurance.

The Agency utilizes an Application-to-Person (A2P) SMS messaging program to communicate with clients and prospects. By participating, you agree to the following strict parameters:

4. Prohibited Conduct & Legal Compliance
You agree to use the Website and messaging services only for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from utilizing our platforms to transmit any material that is illegal, misleading, defamatory, or violates federal/state regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CTIA guidelines. The Agency strictly prohibits the transmission of content related to Sex, Hate, Alcohol, Firearms, or Tobacco (SHAFT), fraud, or deceptive marketing.

Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Collin County, Texas.
Prior to initiating any legal action, the aggrieved party must provide thirty (30) days written notice to the other party identifying the alleged breach and an opportunity to cure.
